Requirements:
- Accept 100 percent of all customer implementation assignments for all products and manage to completion
- Manage and ensure all issues are documented, tracked and resolved for each project

He or she will create, justify, and execute programs to achieve objectives; research, prioritize, and document market requirements; and work cooperatively with Product Development and Account Management to deliver products that meet market requirements and generate competitive advantage. The product manager will help create a comprehensive marketing plan that encompasses channel and launch strategies and identify and create relationships with industry leaders.
Requirements:
- Three plus years of product management experience or equivalent industry experience, preferably in Web-based technologies
- BS/BA degree
- Proven business management leadership bringing new products to market and ensuring overall success is highly preferred
- Create and manage relationships with external business partners
- Experience with product planning: requirements, documentation, research, trade-offs, pricing, enhancements and upgrades, and roadmaps
- Business planning: market research (primary and secondary), competitive analysis, forecast, market sizing, and segmentation

- Product lifecycle management: demonstrated ability to follow established lifecycle process

Senior Software Engineer
Job Description: The senior software engineer position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent Web development skills. The job consists of design, construction, and implementation of new applications and modifications to existing applications using Java, ASP.Net, C#, HTML and CSS. Works in a team or individually depending on the scope of the project.
