Bruce Bennett, Chief Operating Officer

Bruce has more than 20 years of experience providing solutions to both government and private sector clients.

Bruce has successfully guided several innovative technology companies from venture funded startups through acquisition.

Most recently, he was the VP of eLearning for Sales Force Systems, a 20 year old global training company whose client list includes; General Dynamics, Raytheon, Harris Information Systems, IBM, AT&T, MCI, and Motorola.

He or she will create, justify, and execute programs to achieve objectives; research, prioritize, and document market requirements; and work cooperatively with Product Development and Account Management to deliver products that meet market requirements and generate competitive advantage. The product manager will help create a comprehensive marketing plan that encompasses channel and launch strategies and identify and create relationships with industry leaders.

    Requirements:

    • Three plus years of product management experience or equivalent industry experience, preferably in Web-based technologies
    • BS/BA degree
    • Proven business management leadership bringing new products to market and ensuring overall success is highly preferred
    • Create and manage relationships with external business partners
    • Experience with product planning: requirements, documentation, research, trade-offs, pricing, enhancements and upgrades, and roadmaps
    • Business planning: market research (primary and secondary), competitive analysis, forecast, market sizing, and segmentation

    • Product lifecycle management: demonstrated ability to follow established lifecycle process

    Senior Software Engineer

    Job Description: The senior software engineer position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent Web development skills. The job consists of design, construction, and implementation of new applications and modifications to existing applications using Java, ASP.Net, C#, HTML and CSS. Works in a team or individually depending on the scope of the project.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in Web and Windows applications
